The Congregational Meeting will be taking place on Sunday, April 27, between services at 9:30am.  All are welcomed and encouraged to attend!  At that time, elections for various council positions and other ministries will take place. The following positions will appear on the ballot: Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Financial Secretary, Controller, Council-At-Large, Endowment Committee, and Nominating Committee.  You are welcome to submit your name for any position, but at this time we are especially looking for people for the Endowment Committee and the Nominating Committee. The Sharing of Our Space . . .

It is with great excitement that I let you know King of Kings will be sharing our space with a satellite group of the Korean Bethany Assembly of God, Taylor, Michigan. The group will meet every Friday night from 7 to 10 PM. They will primarily be using the Sanctuary but will also occasionally use the kitchen and of course the Narthex area between them.

The Council approved this arrangement at our July meeting. We believe it follows from our "Discerning Our Future" long range plan to "use our building to the max...as a vivid proclamation of Christ to the world." The group will began meeting Friday, August 13, 2004.

This will not preclude our use of the multipurpose room, youth room or office area at this time for our own ministry. It will mean we need to be aware of this group as we plan cleaning or lawn mowing times.
